A little bit about us...

Beacon Christian Academy is a ministry of Lighthouse Christian Fellowship located in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina and started in 2019. We sit on 10 acers of land on top of the hill on Beacon Drive.  As our school grows, and we add more grades, we have plans to expand our school and church buildings on our property.  

We believe that families on the Outer Banks and surrounding areas should have a choice as to where their children receive their education.  We provide a safe, fun environment, but most of all, a Christ-centered environment. 

We are a state licensed Non-Public Christian school.  We have a preschool for 3 and 4 year olds (must be fully potty trained) and elementary classes for kindergarten through 5th grade.  We keep a 1:12 teacher student ratio and we use the Abeka Christian curriculum.
